Basada en la calidad de sus carnes, en la que sus productos estrella son los asados de cochinillo y el cordero lechal, también proporciona excelentes embutidos y jamones serranos e ibéricos; todo un conjunto de excelentes artículos para adornar una buena mesa y satisfacer a los paladares más exigentes.

Dado que una visita a esta localidad, para poder combinar, de forma inteligente, el esparcimiento de la vista con la relajación del espíritu y el placer del cuerpo, deberá de extenderse, como mínimo, a dos días, se recomienda elegir un buen establecimiento hotelero. El Parador de Turismo, excelentemente situado sobre una colina frente a la ciudad, a 10 minutos de taxi del centro histórico, ofrece todo lo necesario para que su estancia sea agradable.
